The City of Wood Village will be conducting a public hearing to make amendments to the Zoning Code. The items to be addressed in this hearing are the addition of standards and regulations to the Open Space zone in the Donald Robertson Park. Any changes to the zoning of Open Space in Donald Robertson Park will not change the public's use of the park in any way. Additional items are to identify and add regulations for Short Term Vacation Rentals, as well as revisions to the Accessory Dwelling Unit Standards within the City's Zoning Code.
