Rental License Rates

A residential rental unit is a dwelling containing one or more separate living quarters (kitchen, bathroom and living room), one or more of which is rented, leased or let in exchange for monetary or other compensation. WVMC 8.22.010

$20 per unit per year *

* If a rental unit is maintained and held for 180 days or less in a calendar year, the license fee is prorated to equal one-half (1/2) of the calculated fee.

Rental License Agreement

By signing my name, I agree and understand that: All information is true, correct and complete based on all information of which I have knowledge. I understand that falsifying anyinformation on this application may result in revocation of the rental license. The rental license is a separate application and not in lieu of or approval for any other licenses or permits which may be required. The rental property shall comply with all Federal, State and Municipal laws. The rental property owner must comply with the City of Wood Village's Rental Inspection Program. WVMC 8.22 The rental property may receive notification of/is subject to an inspection by the City’s Rental Housing Inspection Program. The rental property owner is ultimately responsible for any delinquent utility user fees incurred by the tenant. WVMC 13.04 and13.12(Required)
