Water Master Plan

Wood Village, OR

The City of Wood Village is seeking a qualified firm to evaluate conditions and model the performance of its water distribution system over a twenty-year planning horizon; work with a financial planner hired by the City to develop a Capital Improvement Plan and additional planning documents; compile these plans into a final Water Master Plan.

This document has been published concurrently with two other Requests for Proposals: Consulting Engineering Services for Wood Village Water Master Plan and Financial Consulting Services for Wood Village Water and Wastewater Master Plans. Qualified firms are encouraged to respond to any combination of these requests. All proposals will be submitted and evaluated separately.

Below are dates by which the City desires to meet project milestones. However, these are subject to change, and the firm is strongly encouraged to submit a schedule it is confident it can meet based on its own judgment.

1.  Submittal of Proposal                                        September 14^th, 2021
2.  Notice of Intent to Award                                   October 1^st, 2021
3.  Execute contract/Notice to Proceed                  October 8^th, 2021
4.  Deliver finalized Plan                                         June 30^th, 2022 TENTATIVE
