The COVID-19 Mortgage Relief program helps Oregon homeowners who are struggling to make their mortgage payments. This program will make mortgage payments for up to 6 months, and bring the account current, if it is delinquent, for eligible applicants. Funding is limited and applications are available on the Oregon Home Owner Help website.
Basic program requirements:
- Receiving unemployment insurance at the time of application
- Home is a single-family (1 to 4 units), owner-occupied dwelling
- Not in active bankruptcy
