The Portland Consortium, which includes the City of Portland, City of Gresham, and Multnomah County, is collecting community feedback regarding housing, infrastructure, economic and community development needs to help establish priorities for the 2022-2023 CDBG & HOME Action Plans and the 2021 to 2022 HOME-ARP Action Plan Amendment. Input will be collected at the following Community Needs Hearing and through the community survey.
