NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING AND PUBLIC HEARING ON STATE REVENUE SHARING
The Wood Village Budget Committee will hold a public hearing to discuss the FY 2024-25 City budget at City Hall, 24200 NE Halsey Street on April 25, 2024 at approximately 6:00 P.M. The Committee will receive the budget message and invite questions and comments on the budget and proposed uses of revenue sharing funds.
Immediately preceding the above meeting, at 5:30 PM, the Wood Village Urban Renewal District Budget Committee will hold a public hearing to discuss the FY 2024-25 Urban Renewal District budget at the same location. The Committee will receive the budget message and invite questions and comments on the budget.

Public comments will be taken in person, submitted in written form and via phone call during the meeting by appointment. Written comments must be received by 4:30 pm April 25th, 2024. To schedule public comment, please provide your name, address, and phone number via voicemail (503) 489-6864 or by email to LindsayR@woodvillageor.gov. Comments must be scheduled no later than 4:30 pm on April 25th.
Copies of both budget documents will be available for review after April 18th, 2024 at City Hall from 8 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday or you can request a copy by mail (call (503) 667-6211). It is also available on the City website.
