The City of Wood Village has entered into a partnership with the City of Portland for a share of federal Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (CARES Act) dollars through the PDX-CARES program. As part of this funding, the City is requiring the collection of participant demographic information to ensure that the City is prioritizing Black, Indigenous and People of Color (BIPOC) and under-served community members and distributing funds equitably. This data will only be used for reporting purposes and will help the City better understand how to reach under-served communities and create more culturally specific options and approaches to future programs.
