City Parks

The City maintains nearly 25 acres of public park space.

Donald L. Robertson City Park

Located on NE Halsey Street next to the new City Hall & Civic Center, Donald L. Robertson City Park is considered the “crown jewel” of Wood Village. The park spans 21 acres of natural area, wetlands, and nature preserves and includes a wide variety of amenities, including:

  • Splash pad
  • Multipurpose field
  • Walking trail system
  • Ball fields
  • Playground
  • Arboretum
  • Park restrooms
  • Picnic shelter house
  • Arata Creek boardwalk
  • Basketball court
  • Gazebo
  • Amphitheater

Wetlands

Purchased by the City in 2019 from the Confederated Tribes of the Grand Ronde, the natural wetlands park is located at the southwest corner of Arata Road and Wood Village Boulevard. The wetlands area is just over 4.5 acres.
