Wood Village is accepting bids until 11 a.m. on June 27th, 2023 for the pavement treatment of 231st Court and 237th Avenue. Work includes approximately 40 square yards asphalt dig-out and patching, 4300 lineal feet of crack and curb line sealing, 3300 square yards of type II slurry sealing. These quantities are estimates and prospective bidders are encouraged to field verify amounts with consultation from City Staff prior to submittal. The bid award will be based on an itemized lump sum price. Bid Alternate 1: Crack and slurry seal on Shannon Street and Shannon Court Include, as separate bid items, an additional 3000 lineal feet of crack and curb line sealing and 2500 square yards of slurry sealing.

Special Requirements

Proposers shall be aware that this project is subject to compliance with Prevailing Wage Rate Laws and Federal Labor Standards. Proposals are to be mailed or delivered to the City of Wood Village Public Works Department, 24200 Northeast Halsey Street, Wood Village, OR 97060-1095. Proposals shall be identified on the exterior of the sealed envelope including bidder’s name, address and business license number. Proposers shall include with their proposal a Bid Bond to the amount of 5% of the Bid price. Proposers must show that they are licensed and bonded in Oregon.
