Contractors Business Application

This application is intended for contractors who are conducting work within the City of Wood Village and do not have a current Wood Village Business License or Metro Business License. A valid Wood Village Business License or Metro Business license is required for all contractors working in the City. There is a $50 fee which can be pro-rated to process this application.

After submitting your application, a copy your completed online Contractor's Business License form will be emailed to the address provided on page one of this application. If you need a copy for your records, please print this email. If you do not receive an emailed copy of your application, please contact the City at Building@WoodVillageOR.gov.
