Reuse Partners

While continuing to push community education on reducing consumption and recycling waste, the City looks to shift the event’s focus to the third R: reuse. Through effective partnerships, the City hopes to reduce its waste footprint by diverting more items from its bulky waste collection to reuse organizations focused on repurposing and redistributing items in good condition, like furniture, lawn and hand tools, construction materials, and bikes.
