Financial Services to Develop a Wastewater and Water Utility Rate Model and update System Development Charge Methodology.

The City of Wood Village is seeking a financial services firm to conduct a comprehensive water and sewer rate study, update existing System Development Charge methodology, work with an engineering firm(s) hired by the City to develop new master plans for wastewater and water, including a Capital Improvement Plan; and develop a utility rate model for both utilities.

This document has been published concurrently with two other Requests for Proposals: Consulting Engineering Services for Wood Village Water Master Plan and Requests for Proposals: Consulting Engineering Services for Wood Village Wastewater Master Plan.

Listed below are dates by which the City desires to meet project milestones. However, these are subject to change, and the firm is strongly encouraged to submit a schedule it is confident it can meet based on its own judgment.

1.  Submittal of Proposal                                        September 21^st, 2021
2.  Notice of Intent to Award                                   October 8^th, 2021
3.  Execute contract/Notice to Proceed                  October 15^th, 2021
4.  Deliver Finalized Plan                                       June 30^th, 2022
