- No vehicle access on treated streets until slurry seal has cured
- No through or local traffic will be permitted during the closure period
- Community members should move vehicles before work begins and park outside the project area if travel will be needed during the day
Parking Information
To help minimize disruptions, the City Hall parking lot will be available for community members to use during construction hours.
Vehicles left on project streets during posted construction hours may be subject to towing. Any vehicles that must be removed from the work area will be towed to Wood Village City Hall, where owners may retrieve them.

The City of Wood Village will begin pavement preservation work on Village Court, Riverwood Street, and NE 240th Place in early September as part of the City's Pavement Preservation Project. The work is designed to extend the life of existing roadways through asphalt patching, crack sealing, curb-line sealing, and slurry seal treatments.

About the Project
The City's pavement preservation program helps protect streets from weathering, extend pavement life, and reduce the need for more costly roadway repairs in the future. The project includes street cleaning, crack sealing, curb-line sealing, asphalt patching, and slurry seal application on residential streets.
Community members are encouraged to plan ahead, follow all posted traffic control signage, and allow extra travel time during construction activities. Access for emergency services will be maintained as needed.
The City appreciates community members' patience and cooperation while these improvements are completed.
