The Portland Consortium, which includes the City of Portland, City of Gresham, and Multnomah County, is collecting community feedback regarding housing, infrastructure, economic and community development needs to help establish goals and priorities for the 2026-2030 Consolidated Plan and 2026-2027 CDBG & HOME Action Plans. Input will be collected at the following Community Needs Hearing and through ongoing public comment opportunities.
