Community members are invited to share their perspectives on housing, economic, and community development needs across Multnomah County, the City of Portland, and the City of Gresham (the Consortium) through a new public survey that will inform the Consortium’s 2026–2030 Consolidated Plan.
The survey will be used in spring 2026 to collect public comments on the Consolidated Plan, the Consortium’s five-year strategic plan that guides the use of federal grant funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Community feedback will help shape key goals and funding priorities and will be published in the Five-Year Consolidated Plan for 2026–2030.
The survey is organized into three sections. Section 1 gathers basic information about respondents, their connection to the community, and their insights into local needs. Section 2 asks participants to provide feedback on the Consortium’s focus areas and to rank them in order of priority. Section 3 collects comments on the Consolidated Plan’s needs and goals and will be used during plan development in spring and summer 2026.
The survey takes approximately 5–10 minutes to complete. The Consortium thanks community members for their time and valuable input in helping address local housing and community development needs.
