Mayor Clark tendered his resignation effective January 11, 2019 in order to focus on his health. Mayor Clark submitted his preference to be appointed as Mayor via letter at the January 10, 2019 City Council meeting. The position of Mayor was up for appointment, as the City Council appoints a Mayor from the Council every two years. Mayor Clark has served on the City Council since 2009, and was Mayor for the past two years. Please see below for copies of the letter to the Council and community from Mayor Clark.
