Donald L Robertson Park Improvements: Hawthorne Trailhead and Nature Play Area
Wood Village, OR
The City of Wood Village will be accepting sealed proposals for the construction of a gravel parking area, engineered wood fiber walking footpaths, and concrete and masonry columns at the Hawthorne Avenue entrance to Donald Robertson Park until 2 p.m. on June 22, 2021. Submittals from qualified contractors in the State of Oregon will be publicly opened and read.
This bid package is a re-issue of the request for proposals for the Hawthorne Trailhead Project posted in April 2021. The project scope has been amended to exclude the nature play area, plantings, and irrigation described under phases 2 and 3 of the previous bid set. Additionally, the construction of two concrete columns with stone cladding has been added.

Improve trailhead and parking area. Install footpaths, boardwalks, and nature features. Install playground structures, concrete surfaces, and fences.
