Understanding Your Bill
- Utility Bills are sent on the last weekday of each month
- Base Fee: a standard fee for water, sewer, street/storm
- Water Usage Fee: an additional fee based on water used
- Sewer Usage Fee: an additional fee based on the amount of waste entering the sewer system
- Flood Safety Benefit Fee: an additional fee required by all cities within the Urban Flood Safety & Water Quality District (UFSWQD)
- Late Fee: 5% (if payment not received before penalty date noted on bill)
