Park Rental Forms
This form is not intended to be used to inquire about facility availability. Check availability first. Apply only after inquiring about availability at Reservations@WoodVillageOR.gov or calling (503) 667-6211.
Rental forms can be dropped off at City Hall or emailed.
If filling out the PDF application electronically, a PDF-viewing application, such as Adobe Acrobat Reader, may be required.
Park Rental FAQs
- Park facilities are available most weekdays and weekends.
- Park reservations are limited to a four-hour maximum.
- The parking lot, plaza, and splash pad are a part of Donald L Robertson City Park. Rental of a facility does not provide exclusive use of any amenity outside the designated areas.
- Large groups & commercial events: Insurance required with a limit of $2,000,000 and City of Wood Village named "additional" insured
- Bounce Houses & other high-risk activities: Insurance required with a limit of $2,000,000 and City of Wood Village named "additional" insured
- Commercial events are charged a one-time $500 Permit Fee
- All permit fees are required at time of permit request. All other fees and proof of insurance are due 30 days after permit request has been granted.
