Fall Shred & Recycling Event

Paper Shredding, Block Styrofoam and Plastic Bag and Wrap Recycling Event

Saturday, October 14, 9 am – 12 pm

Gresham City Hall, 1333 NW Eastman Pkwy

Open to Gresham and Wood Village community members

What we’re collecting:

Shredding

• Credit card and bank statements
• Paycheck stubs
• Financial documents
• Papers with personal data

Styrofoam

• Block white Styrofoam (#6 PS) only
• Styrofoam Coolers

Plastic bags and wrap

• Soft, stretchy bag and wrap plastic (#2 and #4 LDPE) free of food residue.
• Dry cleaning and produce bags
• Plastic overwrap and air pillows.

Not accepted:

• Food-soiled or dirty materials
• Styrofoam with tape
• Packing peanuts
• Squishy foam
• Paper-padded envelopes
• Bags that do not stretch when pulled (makes a crinkling sound)
