Council Chambers
Hold your next family, business, or organizational event in our Council Chambers.
Council Chambers is available most evenings after 5 pm, and all day on weekends. The Council Chambers holds about 80 people comfortably and has a full kitchen. Call City Hall at (503) 667-6211 for availability or to schedule a viewing.
The Council Chambers at City Hall can be rented by community members, organizations, or other governmental groups
- Council Dais, Microphones, and Audiovisual Equipment
- Smart TV (connection with HDMI cable)
- Ten (10) 6′ Round or Ten (10) 6′ Rectangle Banquet Tables
- Eighty (80) Banquet Chairs
- Twenty-four (24) Conference Chairs
- Dirks Conference Room
- Donald L Robertson City Park Plaza (non-exclusive use)
- Full Kitchen (stove, refrigerator, freezer, dining ware)
- Restrooms (three gender-neutral)
The Stanley & Rita Dirks Conference Room
The Dirks Conference Room comfortably holds about 12 people. It is available most weekdays and weekends. Call City Hall at (503) 667-6211 for availability or to schedule a viewing.
- Large Conference Table
- Ten (10) Conference Chairs. Additional seating can be requested.
- Smart TV (connection with HDMI & USB cables)
- Restrooms (three gender-neutral)

Donald L. Robertson City Park
The Donald L. Robertson City Park is the perfect place for your family or business event or celebration. In many cases, the facilities can be reserved at no cost. Call 503-667-6211 for facility availability.
- Facilities at the Donald Robertson Park are available for private parties and events
- Facilities include the Plaza, Gazebo, Picnic Shelter, Amphitheater, Multipurpose Field, and Sports Field
- Public Restrooms located near the Picnic Shelter
- No fee or deposit for most private groups of 100 people or less

Application Requirements

Wood Village Community Members
Wood Village community members and groups receive a discounted cost for facility rentals. Click the Rental Hourly Rate graphic below for full details.
Non-Profits, Community Groups, and Governments
Non-profits, community groups and governments may qualify for the affiliate rate if their mission values align with those of the City of Wood Village. They can also apply for a fee waiver for in gratis use. To find out if your group qualifies for the affiliate rate or in gratis use, please contact city@woodvillageor.gov.
Small Events
Groups of Less than 100 People
- Park Facility Permit Fee: $0.00
- No security deposit required
Large Events
Groups Larger than 100 People
- Park Facility Permit Fee: $100.00
- Security deposits determined on a case-by-case basis
- Insurance required with a limit of $2,000,000 and City of Wood Village named “additional insured”
Commercial Events
- Park Facility Permit Fee: $500.00
- Facility Attendant, actual cost
- Insurance required with a limit of $2,000,000 and City of Wood Village named “additional insured”
Catered & Alcohol Service Events
City Hall & Civic Center
If your event will be catered, please provide the name of the catering business on your application.
All events serving or selling alcohol require additional liability insurance.
Any alcohol sold, served, or consumed must remain within the City Hall & Civic Center building. No alcohol is permitted outside or in Donald L. Robertson City Park.
If alcohol will be served at your event, an Alcohol Server Permit must be submitted along with your application.
If alcohol will be sold at your event, an OLCC Special Event Permit must be submitted along with your application.
Donald L. Robertson City City Park
No alcohol is permitted for sale, service, or consumption in any park facility.
If your event will be catered, please provide the name of the catering business on your application.
Parking Guidelines
- There are three (3) parking lots at the City Hall & Civic Center with two (2) of the lots adjoining Donald L Robertson City Park.
- Overflow parking can be found on NE Halsey Street.
- No event parking is permitted on residential streets.
- No overnight parking is permitted in the City Hall & Civic Center parking lots.
- No vehicle should be left on NE Halsey Street for a period over 48 hours. See WVMC 10.08.070
