- Drop off payment (cash or check) in the dropbox located outside of City Hall
- Pay in-person at City Hall with cash or check
If you need to pay your utility bill today and cannot come to City Hall:
- Try the online payment portal later today
- Call (503) 667-6211 to set up a payment extension
